Another bittersweet goodbye in weeks’ time. Hayy.  I can’t believe I am at the end of the road again. The college road. I can’t even believe that I already am going to take the board exam in months time.

In moments like these, I can’t help saying that time flies really fast. And there’s the bittersweet moments again. I was trying to get some points from Mama last night regarding our RE Project where we have to prepare a prayer service for a graduation. I told her that I was planning on using the Parable of the Mustard Seed. It was the Gospel reading the day when our class sponsored a Mass in the Universitry Chapel. I especially liked the homily when the priest reminded us of the old adage that, “you reap what you sow, you sow what you reap”. The Mass was made even even more special because the sponsoring class from the High School Department was handled by my favourite teachers back then. J Aww. Well, back to the Gospel. I think it really is the right one. Because now, we are going to reap what we sow, but at the same time begin planting new seeds once more for the future.

Then Mama told me the irony of why it is instead called a Commencement Exercise and not a Graduating exercise alone. Commence. To commence is to start, to begin anew. So the commencement exercise is not a mark of an end, but of another journey yet to unfold. Hmm.

Yes there are the goodbyes. But now, I see more the importance and of gratitude. For me, that is more fulfilling. Because when you look back, you just can’t help but say, “ Thank you!”

I posted in my fs account as my shoutout when I welcomed the New Year, “We Begin Anew”. Well, now we really are in another beginning. A new exciting road to be in. Can’t wait!

I thought that a blog would be a great gift for a friend. So I started one for her here in Vox. So she just might come and check me out. I cleaned my closet. :p Not that I need to really hide anything. I just need to keep some stuff for myself, for both our sanity. Haha! I'll show it, let her read it, when the right time comes. Hmm... when will that be, don't know. But it will come. :)

So go ahead and look! Ha! Ha! These are the blog entries I think are... SAFE.
